Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow: Human Factors and Safety Management
You will continue a program of research in Human Factors and Safety Management and oversee the nested suites of postgraduate programs in the area of Occupational Health and Safety Management. You will be responsible for undertaking applied research activities in the area of Human Factors and Safety Management, supervise honours and PhD students.

Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow: Healthcare Human Factors
You will provide research expertise in developing and implementing robust validated research methods underpinning The Aushealth Study (TAS), one of four subprograms of the NH&MRC Patient Safety Program. The TAS will discover: which plans are used to treat patients; why a plan is chosen; the extent that plans are consistent with best clinical practice; and why care deviates from best clinical practice.

Post-Doctoral Research Fellow: Rail Operations and Safety
You will work on a range of rail industry related basic and applied research projects with an emphasis on: (i) qualitative research into operations and safety in the Australian rail industry; and (ii) contributing to the postgraduate research and teaching programs in the centre.

Post-Doctoral Research Fellow: Rail Simulation
In this position, you will manage research programs for the newly established Rail Cooperative Research Centre (CRC) Human Factors simulator facility at UniSA. This position will involve coordinating research and consultancy activities in the rail simulator, conducting simulator-based human factors research projects, and contributing to the postgraduate research and teaching programs in the University.
